Young lady at reception was very polite and efficient. Hotel was clean and well equipped. No restaurant in hotel but nice one available in 3 minute walk. Parking was great and had airport shuttle. Offered a take away breakfast as my flight was early. Excellent experience and I would stay here again.

Breakfast had no staff, running out of sausage and scrambled eggs. Need more staff. Room not enough towels for 4 people and ran out of body wash. Room was spacious.

The service was not good this visit. There were no towels in the pool area multiple times, our room had dead or dying (flickering) light bulbs, and even though we booked for 4 people, there were only 2 towels in the bathroom. I asked for more at the front desk but no extras were delivered.

Our trip was very good overall. We stayed in Calgary and drove to Banff for sightseeing. The hotel’s pool was under maintenance on the day we came but we were offered a different pool at their sister hotel which was five minutes away. The next day, the pool was already open and my son enjoyed the water for an hour or so. The staff are very good and the breakfast was decent.
