No one was at the front desk up on arrival. If the shuttle driver didnt show up I had to wait for so long ,when the staff came from back of the office no greeting or didnt feel welcoming. But the moring staff was helpful during checkout. Breakfast was ok. Place was well kept and rooms were clean.

It was very difficult to get towels to the room, i told staff there were 4 people in the room and how are we to share 2 towels among 4 people. I also witness the cleaners not changing bedding when cleaning room, blankets were reused for the next people to book the room, I found that nasty. The breakfast each day, there was never food each time going down. Was not happy! The noise each night was ridiculous!! Kids running the hallway, slamming the doors. Very unsatisfied

I love the place and staffs except the bathroom has no exhaust fan or i dont know if it has one, toilet is having a hard time flushing. But overall, i would definitely go back just in case i have to again.

The service from the staff was excellent. The front desk was very helpful. We all enjoyed the continental breakfast as there was plenty of food to be had by all and it’s convenient close to the airport as well as our shuttles. Thanks again for everything.

Excellent pool/waterslide and breakfast. Comfy bed and pillows. Staff could be a bit more present, took a long time to find someone each time. Industrial area, so best if you have a car. Overall a god experience and we would stay here again.

Pro: The staff were great and the rooms were very large and clean. Negative: we had to call 3 times to get sheets for the pull out bed and there were never any towels at the pool Overall I would stay here again.
