Clean and spacious

We stayed here for 1 night while on a trip. Location was convenient. Hotel was clean and quiet and our room was spacious. I liked that they had full bottles of Dove care products in the bathroom with pumps instead of small single use products. My only complaint is the hot tub was out of order. Continental breakfast was satisfactory.

Staff were friendly and allowed us to store our mountain bikes in storage ar night. Room felt large and was very clean. Altogether a very experience with this Holiday Inn.

Hot tub out of service Missing smoke alarm One really old bed that you feel the springs through and then the other ones pillow top with stains, sheets were NOT clean had hair in between the sheets when we pulled them back broken hair dryer didn’t bring mine as most hotels have one but this one came with a broken one that wasn’t connected to the wall the room was outdated and didn’t look cleaned recent. very dusty. We use to stay here monthly until I remembered it was the one we stopped going to because the last time you guys had over booked the hotel and at 9 at night I was told the only room they could put us in was a king with two adults and 4 kids. We won’t be back the owners need to renovate $260 for one nights stay in this place is beyond over priced

There were suspicious bodily fluid type stains stains on the couch that the cushions were turned over to hide instead of cleaned. The only solution was to offer to clean it. The tv in the bedroom was pixilated and unwatchable. The entrance door loudly creaked and the trim and door of the bathroom had paint peeling and the shower head needed to be soaked in vinegar. No manager on site to offer discount at Sunday check out. And no correspondence by same after the fact. Will never stay here again. Will be contacting corporate
