Facility was clean with good amenities and proximity to downtown and the airport. Breakfast was average (wasn’t buffet and overall quality could be better). Bed (mattress) in my room may be overdue for a replacement … had waist pains after my one night stay. Overall hotel was good. Would be excellent if they worked on the areas for improvement I mentioned above.

Shuttle bus service from the airport to the hotel took a little over 1.5hrs to arrive. Had to call the hotel reception for multiple follow-ups as she kept saying it would take 15-20mins and hung up on me once when i informed her that it’s been over 30mins waiting. It unfortunately took time off my stay leading me to stay in the hotel for 2.5hrs till I had to go back to the airport for my flight. Shuttle bus was aggressively breaking at every stop and sharp turning. Had the shuttle bus booked for the morning, but it was cancelled and the receptionist provided a voucher for a taxi ride to the airport. Hotel room was quiet. Shower curtains looked like it had mold on the corner by the hooks. Otherwise the room was clean. Bed was comfy and well made. Quick check in and out of the hotel.

Check in was great. The rooms are pretty dated, and you have to use floor thermostat, not the one on the wall. I am a bonvoy member and travel quite frequently for work, but this is my first time at the four points. I usually stay at one of the other hotels in the same parking lot. I forgot to pack toothpaste in my carry on, and requested a dental kit on the app to my room. After an hour I started a chat with the hotel advising I didn’t need the entire kit, just toothpaste and I can come to the lobby if need be. They said, no, they were just busy with other customers and have it up asap. 45 minutes passed and I got a chat asking if I’ve received it. I said no, not yet, and they marked the service as completed. As it was already 10 pm, I took the loss, and went to bed. Never delivered. I have never had an issue using the chat before for services at other bonvoy hotels. Upon check out I mentioned this, and they offered me the toothpaste on the spot which is redundant as I’m checking out. Will likely not stay here again.

Room was very dated. Mattress old and hard. Restaurant in hotel had limited menu and not very tasty. Now I know why the price was low compared to other hotels nearby.

Staff were very friendly and apologetic when I voiced my concerns during my stay. The hot tub was visibly dirty, the access to the parkade was not visible making us think the doors didn’t work when we tried to park our vehicle there, requested for our food delivery to be brought straight to our room but they wouldn’t permit it. Overall, the staff were very friendly and the room itself was clean.
