We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The location is fantastic - very walkable and just a short stroll from downtown Calgary. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the city skyline and the iconic Calgary Tower, which looked especially beautiful at night when illuminated. Watching it through the wide French windows in our room was a memorable experience. Overall, the stay exceeded our expectations. Clean, quiet, convenient, and scenic - we truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

King size bed was comfy. Location is right beside Chinatown, which has so many hidden gems for food and shopping. Walking to downtown core was easy and +15walkways made it easy to explore various buildings, art and staying dry when it rained. River Walk is two blocks away. Lovely river views. Pool and hot tub well maintained, with saunas in the change rooms. Staff were all exceptional.

Enjoyed a few nights here. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect with a view of the Bow River. Convenient walking either outside or using the Plus 15 to get to restaurants, coffee or shopping.

Property is amazing! Very clean, staff is great, and the bar is fantastic. The only problem is outside the hotel had many too many people homeless/ on drugs so it felt unsafe walking at night. I recommend ubering from the hotel

Great stay. Beds are so comfortable. The staff were amazing. Even my interaction with the cleaning staff was great. Would happily recommend this hotel. Location is not the best though. It's right next to the fire station and the windows don't block noise as well as some other hotels. So you hear cars racing down the road and the fire trucks heading out. Still not enough to mark the hotel down on.
