The elevator was out of order and walking up the flight of stairs was annoying! Bathroom had issues that had to be repaired several times. The site was quiet, and close to public transportation by light rail or bus. Several fast food sites were available near the hotel, McDonald’s, Tim Hortons, and a A&W restaurant!

Our stay was over a long weekend, so we paid high price for the room, unfortunately it was quite small, the bathroom sink was clogged when we got there, but they were quick to fix it when we told them about it. The breakfast and housekeeping staff were very accommodating, and so were the front desk. We were just a little disappointed with the room after paying so much.

overall great place, nice staff. they happily locked up my bikes for safe keeping. only minor issue was that the pool closed at 10. would have been nice to have an evening swim. but most hotel pools close at 10, so not so much a complaint as an inconvenience.

The air conditioner and toilet were noisy. Hard to sleep with the a/c noise. Breakfast area is too small, staff couldn't keep up with refilling food (I wouldn't say that was their fault). Parking is too tight. Need more furniture carts. The hot tub wasn't very warm, and the pool area chlorination seemed a bit much. Went in once and my eyes were buggingi me the next day. Bed was rather comfortable, a little too soft but that's preference.

I was booked in room 303. The bathroom is extremely small. Very little room from the opening the bathroom door and the toilet. The room is okay. Bed is comfy but I just feel the rug isn't clean.

My aunt’s necklace diamond pendant accidentally fell off the sink. My aunt has spoken the front desk and requested an assistance from the maintenance/plumber. That was about 7:30 am, the guys from the maintenance came after maybe an hour, which was just perfect after we had our breakfast, filipino maintenance guys were able to open the pipe and found my aunt’s diamond necklace! She was sooo happy and appreciated those guys so much!

The parking lot was small behind the building and there was no way to get to the hotel except for climbing a steep hill, with our luggage. The couch in the room was not moved it was incredibly dirty underneath. You almost walk into the bed when entering the room. The pool was decent. It was super hot. I personally think the rocks need to be glued down and the teens were throwing them into the pool and diving for them. They almost hit my kids several times.

They offered swimming pool and 247 gym but no microwave in the room??? "If u want to upgrade 50$ without tax" seriously while i already paid almost 500$ for 3 nights and i accompanied kids?? O we have microwave in the hall..lolz i never know microwave is a luxury before...Not coming again! Hopefully i will get my 200$ security deposit soon!
