Asking for garbage removed from room and new towels only to come back at the end of the day to none of it being done. Also 3 guys outside the south door smoking weed. Staff was decent, but definitely not out going to make sure our stay was good. Everyone wants lots of money per night but not offer much for services.

My family and I stay at the Days Inn Balzac about 2-3 times per year. The staff is very nice, kind, sweet, caring, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. My kids, husband and I love swimming in the pool, and going down the water slide. The hot tub is a bonus for relaxing. I love how Crossiron mills mall is Super close to drive or walk too. We always recommend the Days Inn to all our family and friends. We always return and the staff always remembers us which is Fabulous.

Loud constant slamming of doors. Groups of people having loud shouting conversations in hallway. Refused to give copies of payment and room receipt upon check in or out. Tried every switch in room twice to turn off the tube lights across head board none of them worked I had to sleep with annoying bright light on bed headboard

Hot tub was luke warm and some obvious moisture/rust issues in pool area. Also paint peeling in pool. This surprised me as I thought this was a new hotel! Stairwell carpet needs cleaning. Microwave in room had not been cleaned before my stay. Staff very friendly especially the front desk and breakfast staff!

My friends and I stayed for the week for our trip during Stampede. The service and the quality was amazing, and staff was super helpful and accommodating! We did have a leaky fridge during our stay, we went ahead to report it and they gave us a new fridge that same evening with no issues or concerns! I would stay here again and will recommend others to book their stay :)

Great location just outside of the city, close to Costco which was great for filling up in the morning. Room had many damages which was disappointing and breakfast was full so we couldn’t wait. No tables available even though many were just sitting, not eating. Monitoring of this would help.

Staff was very friendly, but our room was not cleaned for the whole stay. Apparently you need to call front desk for a cleaning. We were there for 4 days. Our fault tho, we didn’t know. Breakfast was the same for the 4 days, that’s ok it was complementary.

This hotel has gone way downhill from the last times that i have stayed there. Firstly the pool area is just Nasty! There is mold all around the inside ledges of the pool as well as the hot tub, there is algae on the windows, there is rust all over the drinking fountain and all sorts of floaties in the pool not to mention the pool is so small yet they somehow allow private swimming lessons to take place in it along with the hotel guests which is such an inconvenience. Secondly the staff there do not have any kind or friendly manners at all. For a pull out couch they give you a blanket and sheet in a bag and say here make it yourself.. We ask for a roll of toilet paper since we ran out and they say they will bring one and they never do cause they are to damn lazy and only care about chatting to the other staff behind the desk and not doing any work. Also the towels they give out for the pool are a little bigger than a face cloth (so small) Lastly we got a room on the bottom floor and all you can hear is noise all night long from the laundry room and people running around and flushing toilets all night long. This was the worst hotel stay ever and our party of 5 will never return to this one as there are plenty others to choose from around Calgary/Airdrie.

This hotel is quite new - as is the area building up around it. There aren't really any restaurants - YET, but Costco is a block away and a "Mills outlet Mall is two blocks away. They also have an indoor pool and water slide.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Calgary. It was nice and clean, with shopping areas nearby, which was very convenient. The breakfast was also really good — a nice way to start the day. Would definitely stay here again!
