Okay Stay

The room was overpriced for its condition. The bathroom was very small; I had to keep the door open to partially access the toilet. At 5'4", I wonder if someone who is 6” tall would fit comfortably. The elevators were old and on their last legs, so we had to wait a long time for them to squeak from floor to floor. So we had to use the staircase most of the time. However, I did appreciate that they provided a good breakfast to start the day. I would consider staying there again if I had no better options, but I wouldn't choose it for a trip with my family.

The staff was great. This place needs to be renovated. The furniture in the lobby and in the room is very used up and dirty. The carpet in the room was dirty and smelly. The desk chair was VERY DIRTY. For the price they charge…..!!! Never again…

The property is tired. It just needs a Reno to replace beds, carpet bathrooms etc. updates as simple as opening door automatically when you enter the building. Updates.

The biggest disappointment was the very unhelpful staff. We asked for an extra pillow and blanket and they didn't make any effort to help meet our needs. The shower drain in our bathroom also backed up.

We had an absolutely terrible room. Bathroom was dirty, moldy, cramped. One bed had a big wad of hair in it!!! Not sure it was even cleaned. The other bed had black stuff on it. Front counter staff was wonderful. The other staff was unfriendly and even rude. Shame. We stayed at the same property a week earlier and had a much better experience.

Very dirty. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent. Floor was extremely dirty, towels were dirty. When we asked for more supplies they gave us the bare minimum. Shower fluctuated hot and cold and had basically no water pressure.

The property itself was adequate. A day or two prior to arriving we received an email the pool was being renovated and was unavailable. The continental breakfast was good with an appropriate selection of food. When we checked in we used the last two glasses for the water stand and notified the desk. Hours later the water was empty and there waste bin under the desk was literally overflowing with garbage.
