I honestly never write reviews, i usually just suck it up and go on about my day but i feel i need to say something about this place. First off, i booked a suite for 4 people, i only received enough for 2, even after mentioning it to the front desk, we were told to find the cleaning lady. Secondly, the pull out couch was so outdated and with a massive gross stain where your head lays, other people’s body hair was in the shower and beside my bed was people’s hair, a sticky liquid was on the headboard (yum) and the carpets, wet a towel and wipe the carpet, it will come up black. Whether pressure? Forget about that, that must come with an extra charge. The pool? I don’t think they clean the bottom, it’s constant sand and dirt on your feet and the corners are pilled with it. What i’m most upset about is they charged me over $200 a night for this room for my family and i. They need to lower the price of these rooms or do some serious upgrading and cleaning. Sincerely, a never returning customer.

Unfortunately the noise from the airplanes was quite loud in the evening until after midnight but it was quiet after that until early morning. It didn't actually bother me but it is notable.

Homeless not too far from property. Beds are very uncomfortable, not many choices for breakfast. Wall had a whole in it in the room, carpets felt dirty and wet.

Stay was ok. AC didn’t work but we stayed only a night ( actually about 9 hours ). Check in was very friendly. The lady offered us a late check out because we arrived at 2 am in the morning. Breakfast was good. We had a room in the basement. Smelled old and damp. Room was very dated and old but had everything you need. Hotel needs a renovation.

Reasonable price, convenient access for NE Calgary, excellent staff: friendly and helpful. Carpets desperately need replacing and/or cleaning. Brighter colours. Overhead lighting and directional sign at elevator. Concession vending machines do not function properly, items get stuck consistently.
