Wi-Fi was not available in our room for most of our stay, and when we inquired at the front desk they gave us the phone number for their ISP and told us to call ourselves. The number was not in service. The room was clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. We did not use the pool because someone threw up in it and it closed partway through our stay. They closed it for maintenance and reopened it within a few days, but I was not satisfied that it had been properly cleaned. The breakfast was not worth eating. However, it is easy to get food delivery service to the hotel if you need it.

This location had excellent staff, a hearty breakfast, and great room features. Could have been a little cleaner and definitely needed firmer mattresses. All in all we had a lovely stay.

Get control

They have multiple teams staying in their hotel and booked our family right in the middle of all of them. They had no control over the noise level or conduct of their guests.

This property was able to contact me to cancel my reservation (for July, made in April), but could not find it in themselves to contact me to resolve a problem with my credit card. I was the victim of a fraud and got an updated #, but they accused ME of being a fraud and cancelled my family's room. We paid $ *** for two nights when we did get there. The room had 3 towels for 4 people for two nights, one tiny shampoo etc for the 4 of us. The pool is freezing cold and the hot tub is luke-warm at best. Despite paying full hotel rates, there is only house-keeping every second day. This is very poor value. Stay elsewhere.

The food was mediocre but was nice to have it there. The suite we had we paid extra for The kitchenette and the fridge wasn't working. The shower knob was not that great. The water pressure was horrible in the door which the bathroom was a bit broken. We had some stains on the bed and it was not nice view. However, it was good cuz it was a quiet town is in a really nice neighborhood. You have stuff right across the street from you if you ever need food or something real quick. The Pool was great, especially on rainy days and staff was nice.
