Good place to say for day or two

The location is perfect for anyone needing to be near Calgary Airport. The hotel was very clean and well-kept, and the staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Colette at breakfast — she was incredibly kind, warm, and made sure everyone felt comfortable. Our kids absolutely loved her! Everyone we interacted with was efficient and hospitable. It’s a great spot for families, and we’d definitely recommend it to others.

We checked in around 1245AM and as we were tired we did not call front desk but AC was terribly bad. It was working just like a FAN. I used all option but room was not getting cool. We were in toom only for 8 hours but just because of AC we had disturbed sleep

We were very disappointed by this property. The room was O.K. but the bed was definitely not a queen. It was saggy and sloped to the middle. The bathroom/shower needs work. The tub was so slippery I was unable to use it and there are no grab bars for safety. We never saw housekeeping. we did not get fresh towels, the garbages were not emptied, the bathroom was not cleaned and the bed was not made. The breakfast was sparse. The food was cold. The only saving grace was the pancake machine and the bacon the first day. The second day is was leftover cold ham from the previous day. We will not be returning on any future trips to Calgary.
