This a quaint little apt style hotel. It is close to everything. The staff is very nice and helpful. Adriana made sure our stay was great! The kitties in the lobby were a bonus.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Realice mi reservación, llegué al hotel y nunca apareció mi reservación en el sistema del hotel. Me comuniqué con expedía y ellos me indicaron que todo estaba bien, pero el hotel nunca me dio solución. Espere al rededor de 1 hora y media mi grupo y yo. Por más que les dije que tenía factura de pago, reservación y confirmación no fue posible que me dejaran ingresar a descansar.

The fitness center was undergoing renovations and unusable, which I did not expect and was disappointing. The pool is only open 8-6 as is the restaurant, which is unusable for someone traveling for business.

Yes there was everything we needed right there to cook with, we didn’t make it to the pool but next time!!

The first oh-oh was on our check-in. I was charged a $255 resort fee. As if they don’t fleece the guests in the casino. The second was a super slow internet. The third was the maid service. We were informed on the second day we had to request that our room be cleaned. The third was a lack of elevator access. Half the elevators were not in service. We had to wait in line to finally to get access and to our room!
