We had a great experience. The room had a great view of the beach. The staff was friendly. The beach was gorgeous and the pools were clean. The food was decent. Except for the Italian restaurant. The foodthere was not impressive at all and the staff was horrible. Enough to make us leave and go to the buffet to grab dinner. Waited 30 min for napkins and we just finally grabbed it from other tables ourselves. But other than that the Mexican place was awesome and the buffet was decent. The grill was good too. The other thing is make sure to make a reservation for dinner and beach activities. We made reservations for dinner but not for the water activities. It was pretty disappointing to find out we couldn't use the equipment that was sitting there with no one using because we didn't have a reservation. And we had to leave the next day. So, that was one of the down points. But overall we had fun and would recommend.

The staff at the resort was wonderful. We requested oceanfront and received oceanfront on the first floor with our very own cabana. The variety of restaurants was really nice and the food was very good. The pool needed to be cleaned more frequently but the setting was absolutely beautiful.

This was more like an apartment than a hotel. I never saw the staff. The Ac began to leek and I turned it off I couldn't get a hold of anyone. The place cold have been cleaner. All in all it wasn't that bad. It was reserved had Ac ( the one that worked) some silverware was provided if you wanted to cook. Doesn't look like the pictures though be forewarned

My Girlfriend and I stayed her for 4 nights in February of 2017. We found it as part of a package deal on the internet that included airfare. We just wanted a quick, cheap winter weekend getaway. Of all the inexpensive hotels that were offered this one looked to be the best for what we wanted. All of the staff was very friendly. There are no "Do Not Disturb" signs to hang on the door knob if you prefer not to have maid service while you are out. There is no safe in the room to lock up things. The first day we went out we picked up the room and didn't leave too many things out. The maid had either taken or threw away a brand new magazine I had just bought for the trip. It was not a cheap magazine as it was a special edition I paid over $12 for and was obviously brand new. She also threw away cups that we had stacked neatly in a corner for mixing drinks. the next day I found the lady that cleaned our room. She apologized for throwing out the cups but didn't know anything about the magazine. I told her to please not clean today. A day later another lady cleaned our room.. she was there cleaning when we returned from being out all day, it was 5pm and she was in the middle of it.. we had to wait by the pool till she was done. She took away all of our clean towels. Things don't seem to happen to quickly if you call to ask for something, like a towel. The AC and TV worked fine. Our favorite thing was walking to the Fish Fry for dinner. Safest to get a cab back. Many cabs there.

The hotel is a $20 taxis ride from the airport along cable beach o wrong side of the road but for an overnight stay in transit it is ok. very primitive but the staff are warm and friendly and try to help with any request. Good Wifi. Dirt pool and nice outdoor restaurant. Promised breakfast not available and restaurant not sure it would be open in evening . However staff willing to warm up food brought in. Water and soda available from machine. Shower the typical tropical little pressure or hot water and the grouting is dark with mould but that is everywhere in islands in this price range.

With its soft sands and turquoise waters, the allure of Cable Beach is unmistakable. Located west of downtown, Cable Beach features a string of oceanfront resorts, a large golf course, and the Crystal Palace Casino. Here, the main road branches south to Lake Killarney, favored by bird watchers, and to South Beach. Although remote, South Beach rewards visitors with secluded beaches.
