The room I stayed in was very comfortable and the staff made sure to keep it clean every day. The hotel is also located in a centric place with easy acess to the Complutense University and other areas of the city. There are also a lot of restaurants cafes, and bars nearby. If I come back to Madrid, will definitely look to stay at this hotel again.

Riu Plaza Madrid is at the end of Gran Via right in the heart of Plaza Espana. Is a nice facility remodel with personalized elevators and a good breakfast for 2 or 3 days, after 3 days you get tired of eating the same thing We stay for six days and we ate breakfast out of the hotel 3 days Other than that it was a great stay All personnel at the hotel very well trained to customer satisfaction I just wish that the menu at breakfast were different rather than make it very repeatable

The room was clean and well taken care of. The bottle of water was a nice welcome touch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very happy to help with all of our questions.
