Amazing breakfast and quality stuff

Amazing hotel, the parking situation can be a bit of a hassle but that’s understandable given that it’s in a mountain town. Front desk staff at night time could have been kore pleasant or maybe it was me who was driving nonstop for a long time. Breakfast options were fantastic and one of the best within this price range. This hotel had the best hair dryer ever and I really want to know what brand was it. 10/10 stay.

Upon checkin, found a dirty, crappy diaper in the trash can, the room reeked of crap. The phone did not work, one TV would work, then quit, had to use the other TV. Room service only happened once, only 3 bath towels available. No one at the front desk. Fridge was size of a freezer in a mini fridge. Eggs at breakfast was heavily watered down, gravy was more like brown water, ham was more like bologna. Should have stayed at Holiday Inn Express.

Room was very clean, the staff was excellent. They helped us find the stores we needed and a great place to ea dinner. Much better than expected.

Natasha at check in was lovely. I love that their checkout time is noon and not 10 or 11 like other places. The only downer is people with dogs in general. I travel with my service dogs and have a constant supply of poop bags. This property even has them, however, people do not use them. To me, that’s irritating because you’re always looking & watching where you walk & it’s not healthy for dogs. People…don’t be dirtbags, cleanup after your dogs. Also, the carpets throughout the hotel are stained. They need a good carpet cleaning.

The room itself was ok. However the bathroom needed a good clean, pink bacteria around bathtub. Kitchen sink pretty dirty and rusty. I know pull out couches aren’t known to be the most comfy, however this one was literally nothing but metal springs (our poor kids) and wasn’t made up at all. No answer when calling the front desk, so my husband noticed the stage closet near the elevator was unlocked and grabbed our own sheets and pillows.

Only major complaint--- air conditioning blows directly onto the bed without the ability to divert the air. Was very uncomfortable and no ability to open window more than a couple inches for airflow Breakfast was just "ok"

Room was a little outdated and the bathtub could have used some new caulk. Breakfast was amazing and the staff who ran the breakfast was truly incredible and went out of our way to make our stay special.
