The receptionist was very nice with helping me. It took a while for my reservation to reach the system, but after I emailed the confirmation I was able to get a room. The hotel itself needs an upgrade from the 70s to something more modern and possibly bigger parking areas. The shower water got hotter a few times on its own while I showered. Got lost getting to the hotel so having arrows and signs to point where you need to go would help with the directions.

This property deserves its high rating. If offers quality accommodation, and service, at a very reasonable price. Also, the location is very convenient to go around the city. If I comes to Frankfurt again in the future, I would choose to stay here, again.

We were so pleased with the Hotel Monopol. Our train was delayed so we missed our connection and needed to overnight in Frankfurt. I booked the hotel and when we arrived, the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Check in was easy and our room was huge! The hotel is older but well kept. Our room overlooked a busy street and had fans for moving cool night air into the space. There were gummy bear candies on each pillow, plenty of towels, and a refrigerator stocked with complimentary water, a soda. and a beer. Beds are comfortable and clean; the bathroom was spotless. Check out was equally easy and friendly. If we’re ever passing through Frankfurt again we would not hesitate to stay here again!

The staff was great. Breakfast was tasty. The room is OK. the air conditioning is barely working and it’s super hot.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was on point—from the friendly staff and clean rooms to the excellent facilities. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room very comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel was well maintained, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. Great hotel perfectly located near to all the local attractions and city centre. Easily accessible. Excellent breakfast with plenty to choose from. Friendly staff, clean modern rooms and a nice atmosphere. 👌
