Excellent hotel. Great location. Clean and spacious rooms with very comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. The free coffee and tea in the lounge area was a bonus.

Staff: At check-in, one male staff member at the front desk had a bit of an attitude, but after a couple of days everything was fine and the experience with the team improved. Wi-Fi: The internet connection was somewhat unreliable, which can be frustrating—especially as an international traveler who depends on it. Cleanliness: The property was very clean and well-kept, which I really appreciated. Breakfast: The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety and some diversity in options. Location: Great location, as many things are within walking distance.

The magic if this place is in it's proximity to the Parlament and other places frequented by tourists. We walked everywhere. They can provide you with breakfast for 11-15 euros or you could choose to go out and spand that money at the local bakery 2 min away. There is an Aldi nearby if you just wnat to pick up your own (cheaper) food. The hotel serves you with free coffee or tea through an all in one machine but parking will cost you extra, 12000 huf a day. Also, keep in mind that the shuttle service they advertise is not included or free, it might cost you about $50 to get to the airport... The hotel itself was nice, modern, clean and safe.

Location was excellent & within walking distance to St. Stephens Cathedral, Parliment, & public transportation. Front Desk Staff were efficient, patient & extremely helpful when our daughter left her wallet in the hotel taxi! We were very appreciative of their assistance & tracking down the taxi & sending him back to the airport with the wallet. Thank you so very much!

The staff were great and was knowledgeable about the area and had great recommendations for food, one staff member recommended Tüköry Étterem restaurant just a few minutes walking distance from the hotel and the food was amazing!!! Go there immediately and get the goulash. The bed is extremely firm just so you are aware. The room was clean and nice.

This is a good hotel if you're out and about during the day doing your sight seeing (or working) and what you're looking for is a comfy bed and a decent breakfast. It's a good location - easy walking distance to the Parliament building in particular. Comfortable, clean, quiet room. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful

My personal experience is that this a safe and quiet hotel. It is clean and the staff are friendly. On the downside,the advertised Laundry service is of little use. On the sheet it suggests next day return of clothes or even the same day if you hand other your clothes before 09:00 and pay extra. However, I took my laundry down on Thursday and was told it wouldn't be returned until Monday (and I was leaving bon Sunday). I did find a nearby launderette though. Also the hairdryer started to catch fire when my partner tried to use it. They replaced it quickly but did not take the old one away! This is just my experience others rate the hotel higher than me so maybe I was unlucky.

Great stay and location.

Great location most attractions are within a 15-20 minute walk. It’s not on a super busy street, so didn’t deal with much traffic noise. Parliament building was about 7-8 minute walk. St. Stephen about a 15 minute walk. Margaret Island 20 minute walk. Danube Shoes 15 minute walk…. Offered me a super early check-in at 9:30am. Also if you are club person Morrison 2 was about a 12 minute walk away. But would def stay again. A/C was blowing straight snowballs. Slept like a baby.
