The hotel is in a very convenient location with plenty of dining and shopping areas close by. The staff was helpful. Luggage storage for pre/post stay was very helpful. We didn’t try the breakfast, so we can’t comment on that. The rooms are tiny and beds seemed old and were not very comfortable, which is why we gave it the score we did.

Great location. Lots of shops and dining options close by. Easy to get to everything I wanted to see. The cleaning crew was great. Even when I was still sleeping when they made their first round by my room, they returned later without me having to ask them to come back and cleaned my room! Highly recommend

Room was on the small side, very clean. I had a room overlooking court yard out the back and it was very quiet which was great. Hotel in perfect location to walk to main sights. Staff polite and helpful, breakfast was more than adequate to start our day. Air conditioning not on in October so can’t comment but was pleased to be able to sleep with window open due to quiet location. If I return to Budapest I would stay here again and would be happy to recommend this hotel to others.

Room was very dry from the heater , bed was on pedestal so hard for people to get in and out . No separate shampoo , conditioner and lotion especially when so dry . Towels were clean but very used .

Fantastic hotel

This is a great hotel and the location is perfect for sightseeing. İt is just by the river and within walking distance of most of the major sites. The hotel is clean and compact with a lovely buffet breakfast. The staff are extremely nice and professional. They assisted me in parking and printed documents for me free of charge. There is street parking all around the hotel which is around 1.50 euros per hour. But be sure to have Hungarian coins as the parking machines don't take card.

Great place

The breakfast was good but not free. They do not have air conditioning any longer so you have to open the window to cool room, which is fine, but then curtains are open which brings in light. I had my eye mask but it might be a problem for others. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location

Location very convenient for nearby market hall, riverside and tram stops. Rooms very clean. Reception staff proficient at checkin and had arranged airport taxi for us both ways. There is a luggage room where we left our bags after check out.
