The staff was great. The quality of the complimentary breakfast was mediocre

Room was clean. But I want to give a shout out to the receptionist RAE.. she was so nice and helpful with everything. Also the Spruce st. Sporting bar was nice. Will most definitely stay again

The communication is TOO good. I received well over a dozen texts or emails during my 2 day stay and it was excessive. It was a large house, and just me on a business trip, but would be great for a family. Very well equipped

Property was cute with character. . Jungle theme was evident but not overwhelming. Beds were comfortable. Good location.

Overall, nice stay. Close to downtown, convenient. Some minor issues with the unit. TV wasn't functioning for us, so host called and helped. A previous guest had signed in to a streaming service, so I didn't have to bother my lovely wife, but that really should be cleared after each stay. Air conditioning window unit was not secured, which is something we consider necessary on first floor/easily reached spaces. Plumbing in bathroom was very loose for some reason. Noticed only one set of accessible stairs to get to the upstairs units. Kitchen was nice, and we appreciated having kitchen/cooking items available to us. Parking was free and convenient. Unit was very clean, and hosts were great. Thank you!

I loved my experience here at the Jungle House. Truly a one of a kind place here in columbus. I will recommend this listing to any friends or family coming to visit.

This property was really clean and comfortable. My daughter and I really enjoyed all of the amenities and the decor. The snacks left for us were a nice treat! I would highly recommend staying here if you're coming to the Columbus area 😉

The A/C either didn’t work or didn’t work well. I told the staff and nothing changed. It was doable but not great.
