Great location

Just had my 3 day stay at the Radisson, location is great and central to Wolf, Grand Palace area and Monts de Arts. Lots of restaurants and shopping around. Rooms are spacious, clean and hotel.

Hotel fine, but food a let down

Room was good and service desk were okay but the letdown was the food. Breakfast was below power and minimal staff at hand to assist, ended up going to a local café. If you’re paying for breakfast, maybe skip it and try the local alternatives.

We loved our stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel. The staff was courteous and responsive throughout. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. Our room was spotlessly clean, with warm, welcoming décor and soothing colors. The location was excellent—just a short walk from Grand Place, making it easy to explore the city. Highly recommend!

Hotelwise, walking distance to sightseeing sites and train. Also close to bus tours bought through Expedia. Nice breakfast. Often had candy/treats in lobby. Although, clean and dirty water cups are easy to confuse. Help desk/person could be more traveler friendly. Was not that helpful or friendly when asking for help. Roomwise, it was standard snd clean. Shower does not have complete door so easy to leak water. Bathroom door slides but leaves space so not completely private.
