Unfortunately, we arrived during an enormous renovation of the public streets right in front of the hotel, therefore, our stay was less than satisfactory. We were also in an unsavory part of town where we did not feel safe walking around after dark. The AC did not turn on nor half of the lights in the room. The only way to get a little fresh air was to open the balcony door but then there was intense cigarette smoke all throughout the night. The only thing we liked about this hotel was the clean bathroom, clean beds, and walking distance to main train station. I wish for this place to do well as I do for all businesses post-Covid so I hope when I come back things will be different.

View from room was great. Proximity to train also great. Watch for pick pockets. Saw two happen, one across the street as we were coming, the other just beyond R20 while walking on Maurice Lemonnier.

Avoid!

The hotel is located in a very busy area just opposite the huge building site. Our room's window were facing another building, so there was no daylight.There was a power cut in the morning which lasted around 30 mins, so it was pitch black in our room. The reception staff didn't seem helpful at all. I wouldn't stay there again.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect – close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location for metro into Brussels attractions. Room was perfect, clean and fresh, fluffy towels. The bottles of water were a welcome bonus especially in recent heatwave! Staff were helpful too. Would definitely recommend and will see if i can book here again in my next trip.

Very pleased.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room really clean and, the bed was excellent - so comfortable! I had their breakfast, and it was excellent. A nice variety, with healthy options.

The room was nice, clean, and affordable. It was easy to check-in and the hotel is a short walk to the city center. There were some noisy neighbors in the middle of the night and the walls are thin but, otherwise, a good place to stay. Would stay here again.
