Beautiful hotel, our comfort room had a Queen size bed and soft sheets and pillows, so comfortable. The hotel is grand, suitably named and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

This is an old, traditional and vintage hotel, surrounded by many restaurants, and cafes. It's within a walking distance from the Grand Place. The hotel room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The lobby is welcoming with a piano bar. You are offered a welcome drink of your choice. The continental breakfast has good selection of pastry and fresh fruits with large sitting area. A vehicle parking is available for a fee. The car elevator can't handle large SUVs.The staff at the reception and breakfast room are cordial and pleasant.

I have stayed at Hotel Le Plaza for varying periods over the last 3 years. I have also referred the hotel to 5 of my colleagues who now stay here. After 30 hours of travelling, I know I will be greeted at the front door, helped with my bags, followed by an efficient check-in at Reception, and a room will be ready. It's also nice to be greeted at breakfast and in the hotel foyer by various long-term staff. My only disappointment is that the beautiful bar area is not always open when I am there. It was opened on Sunday night but I was not available. I went down on Monday night and it was closed again. You can still have a drink and bar food in the main foyer, but it is a different ambience. Next time! Merci beaucoup Hotel Le Plaza Team.

Enjoyed our stay, we've previously stayed next to Grand place so we wanted to try a new area and see a different part of Brussels. Though its still walkable to Grand place. The men at the security desk seemend nice and welcoming. Reception staff were ok but I think its more of a European thing where it can be a hit or miss. Our room was excellent and clean thanks to housekeeping. Hotel is close to metro stations if you want to travel elsewehere but otherwise you have everything you'd need within a walkable radius. My only negative point is room service breakfast, I usually prefer cooked foods such as eggs but you had to get continental breakfast & could do add ons, but that would have been a lot of food. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Nice older hotel with good staff. Walkable to square/downtown. Excellent bedding and quiet room. Only complaint is that the room smelt faintly of cigarette smoke.

Terrible service had to wait over an hour for room, vip access and room upgrade were not granted, asked to wait no offer to store luggage, no updates, the lobby was full of angry persons wanting to check in and rooms were not available. When you go for one day and you cant check in and it delays your plans it ruins everything.
