If you want a dirty motel with rude Personnel this Motel is for you. I tried calling two days before I arrived check on my reservation. I was trying to tell them that I had canceled Friday and was coming in Saturday but no one answered the phone day for 2 days. So I didn't want to be charged for that Friday I went up on Friday. I asked the guy at the front desk how come you didn't answer his phone I called for like 2 days to try to talk to someone and he said well I knew it was you calling so I did not answer. When I asked him if he had a cart for my luggage he said this is not the Hilton. The motel needs a complete makeover. TV did not work and it took 2 hours to have a guy come and repair it. They didn't have large bath towels only small ones. I'm 6 ft 2 I need a big towel. I totally would not recommend Motel 6 to anyone. I've stayed there a half a dozen times in the past and will not do that again

Staff was extremely helpful, but facility appeared to just be waiting for the updates. We were initially given 2 towels for 2 people staying for 3 days. We had to ask for more. The only ice machine was broken all three days. Breakfast was very minimal. Only cereal was fruit loops and lucky charms and no milk. It is close to the beach and the pier village which was the reason for our selection. We were located on the lobby floor and I would recommend a 2nd or 3rd floor rooms. The top floor rooms are reportedly renovated and very nice.

The live music at the outdoor dining area by the pool made for a great dinner experience, and the Sunday brunch buffet was fantastic!

This is my go to on st simmons. Rooms are amazing. Staff are more amazing
