This room was a little misleading as it appeared to be on the beach or very close, ummm no. It’s actually smashed in with a bunch of hotels and you have to enter through a gas station.

We had several small complaints; The clock radio worked as a clock, but not as a radio. There was no suitcase stand in our room. The internet ad for this motel showed a picture of a large pool with a turtle on the patio area around the pool & showed the ocean right behind the fenced area of this pool. The pool had no turtle diagram & the ocean was not accessible for MANY miles away. We felt this picture was misleading, it was part of the reason that we booked/reserved this room for 3 nights! Also, there was no dresser in our room, the a/c was noisy, the key card for the room's door lock didn't work well. We went to the office to have new key cards programmed & still had a hard time getting into our locked room. We had to ask the office staff repeatedly to open our door. There is NO on-screen or paper tv channel guide available. The instructions posted out by the pool talked about turning on a switch & checking the temperature of the water in the hot tub. We saw no hot tub pump switch or thermometer readout. On a good note, the staff was friendly & helpful, especially Tammy.

The pool was out of commission the first couple of days. Then when it was open it wasn't real clean. Murky water and lots of dirt and other stuff on the bottom. The room was clean. The breakfast was so so.

My daughter and I was traveling to take care of a few things in the area. We got a late start so we called and said we would be a late check in. It was a 4 hr drive. I was assured our room would be waiting for us. When we arrived I believe his name was Bradley got us checked in. He was great! He greeted us with a smile and good to see you attitude. That was refreshing as we had a long day. All the staff were great!! We plan on staying there on our next trip to the area.

I liked how easy it was to check in. You could do it while on your way there and when you arrive, you’re already checked in you get your keys and you’re ready to go to your room. I liked the breakfast. There was many choices to choose from. What I didn’t like was that everything was broke down. The washer and dryer was broke down, the pool pump was out, the Internet was very unstable going out for long periods of time. The phone in the room did not work so every time you needed to speak to someone you had to go outside your room to the front desk. There were no bedbugs so that’s a plus but there were no drawers no closets and there was someone else’s hair inside the drain of the tub. Being a member of Wyndham must say that I’m very disappointed. I don’t think I would return here again and I would not send my family or friends here. I feel if you are going to have everything in your hotel broke down then you should at least offer half price or something.

Terrible, unsanitary,and not well maintained!

Dirty sheets on the bed, toilet seat was missing a mounting bolt and it was not easy to sit on. Dirty bathtub, dirty chrome, dirty nasty corners in the bathroom. My stay was so bad, I’ll never stay at any Microtel ever again. I’d rather pay a bit more and be comfortable. Oh, by the way the bed needed turned / or replaced. When we would lay down our feet were much higher than our head and made it damn near impossible to sleep. We were in room 316 and i can’t even begin to imagine what other rooms were like. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND I CANNOT BELIEVE I HAD TO PAY HARD EARNED MONEY.

Great except couch in business suite

Everything was great except the couch pillows weren’t in the covers and zippers open Couch needs to be replaced. If we would have stayed longer than 10 pm to 7 am I would have asked for a sheet to cover couch.
