Mixed Feelings, Good Gym & Breakfast, Lost Property Incident** Overall, I had a mixed experience at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham. The positives were the free EV charging, the well-equipped gym and the free breakfast, which offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. These features alone significantly elevated my stay. However, I unfortunately experienced a significant issue with lost property. After checking out, I realized I had left a small bag in my room. Upon contacting the hotel, they were initially very responsive and confirmed that they had located the bag. I was relieved. Unfortunately, that relief was short-lived. After repeated follow-up calls, the hotel informed me they had subsequently misplaced the bag. Despite their initial confirmation and subsequent efforts to locate it, it has not been recovered. This was extremely disappointing and resulted in a considerable inconvenience for me. While I appreciate the EV charging, gym and breakfast offerings, the lost property incident significantly detracts from the overall experience. I hope the hotel will review and improve its lost and found procedures to prevent similar situations in the future.

This is the third year we r here and the charging station for our car is STILL not working..whats with that?!?! Room floor was dirty as was shower. Toilet paper holder almost falling off. Things definitely need attention

Our room was very quiet. The room was nicely appointed and the towels were nice and thick. The only negative was the poor quality of the sheets. They seemed to be polyester and kept sliding off the mattress.

The lighting was too dim, especially in bathroom. The bathroom contained a vanity light around mirror and an exhaust fan. There were no switches to activate them? I had to shave my face in low lighting...

I generally like this property a lot and have stayed there several times. Unfortunately at the last visit I woke up in the middle of the night and saw two roaches on the wall of the room. I mentioned this on leaving the next morning and I was told that the manager would contact me. This did not occur more than a week later. I may consider other options the next time I stay in Brunswick, GA
