Morning staff wad more pleasant and helpful. Regular continent breakfast. Overall clean, just found some linen balls on bed. Probably a texture issue rather than cleaness

The breakfast was a plus the area was quiet and not far from everything staff was very friendly and helpful only draw back was we paid for a room with a tub but wasnt ready and available at check so agreed to a shower rm.

The housekeeping was not good at all. Had to continuously ask for towels and garbage bags. The ice machine on our floor did not work. The breakfast attendant needed another helper. However, all the staff were very nice.

It was great overall! However, I did encounter a front desk clerk who was not friendly. I had forgotten my motel tax exempt form but the clerk who checked me in told me that I could email it to him and he would print it out. When I got to the front desk to check out and get my receipt she was borderline rude about the tax exempt form. She told me the computers were down. I asked her to email me the receipt to which she replied again how inconvenient it was to put in the form. I still have not received my receipt.

Check in was easy, easy parking, lots of space in room and beds very comfy. Great breakfast. Only complaint would be that some guest were allowed to stay by pool late into the night past set hours and they made lots of noise. Also rooms need some much needed updates like new curtains, doors, tubs, etc.
