The only issue we had was they did not have the type of room we reserved available. It was 2 queen beds with sofa that slept 5. There was no sofa.

Pool was heated, indoor, and pleasant. Breakfast was simple with variety. Eggs, bacon, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, yogurt, and fruit. Coffee readily available in the lobby. All workers were helpful and pleasant.

Our room : finish coat of paint is half complete leaving obvious differences in texture and color between the lower and upper halves of all walls. Paint on trim work was not cleaned. Doors were quite badly nicked at the bottom. Otherwise, the whole hotel gave the impression of a new build, but someone was in a hurry to finish.
