Elevator Lift was not working which made it inconvenient for us to walk up and down 3 floors

Very happy with the hotel. Clean, bright and well-maintained with decent WiFi, it was perfect to stay here while we explored Vienna during Eurovision.

Love the location of the property. Within walking distance of most museums, restaurants and shopping areas. The staff was very helpful in ensuring you have everything you need! AAA+++ experience.

The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bedding was crisp and the bed comfortable. Air conditioning worked well considering Vienna had a heat wave of 34/35 C. Garage was very clean and convenient to the elevator to the hotel. Would stay here again.

Air conditioning was excellent. Room was clean and staff was helpful and nice.

Good located to go to the turist Center

The hotel is well located in the centre of the city. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. The extra touches such as free wine and snacks in reception is a lovely touch. The bar which we thought was part of the hotel is actually separate and there is a strict dress code on a Friday and Saturday night.
