The elevator didn't work which was difficult for me and my group to get our suitcases to our rooms, second of all, the breakfast was poor, we were charged an extra amount for a coffee and toast with butter and tomato sauce, this is not breakfast, its a snack. Beside that all was OK.

Great location. Very run down for a 4 star. Gave us the wrong room at first but all sorted quickly.

The building itself is sketchy and so is the surrounding area, especially for the price. The room itself was very nice and clean but you can hear the train rumbling every few minutes. The staff was very nice and helpful but not an area you want to stay in when first visiting Zaragoza.

Nice placed, with a relaxing design, the hotel looks like you are in a Mediterranean house.
Spacious room, good space shower, nice buffet breakfast, very good location. Reception service with a human 24/7.
