The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bedding was crisp and the bed comfortable. Air conditioning worked well considering Vienna had a heat wave of 34/35 C. Garage was very clean and convenient to the elevator to the hotel. Would stay here again.

Clean room, nice staff and customer service and good location with amazing views at breakfast. Nicko was so nice and provided excellent customer service. Rooms need a bit more lighting as can seem a bit dark at times. Stayed in a double aspect room however only 1 side has black out slides the other window has nothing.

Great hotel in the center of Vienna.

The apartment was fantastic! It's well-located on a quiet street in a central location with easy access to public transport. The management was very responsive and we were able to check in a little early and get extra supplies midway through our stay. The building is beauiful and the apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The AC worked very well, which was much appreciated with temperatures near 30C.

The room was updated and clean. There vinyl flooring instead of old carpet as some hotels have. We really liked the room. Staff was very helpful. The property is about a 25 to 30 minute walk to the old town.

The hotel was in a great location, and the staff were friendly and polite. Our room was clean and recently renovated, and room service was quick and efficient. The breakfast, however, was fairly average, with limited options, and could have been much better. Unfortunately, on our final night, the toilet would not flush properly, and we had to listen to the sound of running water throughout the night. I informed the front desk, but because it was late, no one was available to repair it. They offered to move us to another room, but relocating everything on our last night would have been very difficult. We were told someone would come early in the morning to fix it, but no one arrived, and we eventually had to use a restroom elsewhere. The staff were very apologetic, which we appreciated. However, I believe the maintenance and housekeeping teams should inspect essential facilities before assigning a room to guests, as this issue could likely have been identified and resolved beforehand. Overall, the staff treated us well, but an unresolved maintenance problem like this can cause considerable inconvenience and negatively affect an otherwise pleasant stay.
