Great location, clean, coin laundry available

We had a great overnight stay here during the World Cup. Staff were kind and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel as well. We would return!

This a clean and simple hotel with a very friendly staff. It is well located for exploring Vancouver and fit our budget and itinerary- as we really just wanted a central place to put our feet up between adventures. We would definitely stay here again, but it is not elegant - if that is what you’re looking for.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Everything is updated and clean. The rooms are luxurious and my kids can’t get over the heated bathroom floors! Such a nice touch! The staff is so helpful and made it overall a wonderful experience!

I would’ve given this five stars had there been a good mattress on the bed. Spent every night trying to climb out of the hole in the center of the mattress extremely disappointed, considering how beautiful the room was and the rest of the hotel.
