Britannia Beach Vacation Packages

We chose this hotel because we wanted a central base to explore Vancouver. It is a clean, classic, and safe property that’s within easy reach of all the local shops, restaurants, beaches, and parks! Our specific room was exceptionally clean, tidy, and quiet. We had great sleeps on their clean, comfortable mattress. The pillows were very squishy, but fine for a short couple of nights stay. The heating and AC unit clicks on and off frequently, but it was just like white noise. Bathroom was super clean, provided two bars of soap and a tube of shampoo. We enjoyed a beautiful city view from our window, and you could kind of see the ocean and mountains in the distance. There was a nice little kitchenette fully stocked with utensils and cookware. The mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV, and Wi-Fi all worked well. The swimming pool was visibly clean and well-maintained. The hot tub worked, though it did not bubble much. The sauna was clean but did not get exceptionally hot. It was still perfectly fine for a quick, relaxing session. Final Verdict: An excellent and reliable 5-star choice if you want a clean room right in the heart of the city.

Very lovely neighborhood and hosts. The environment is quiet and located in a residential area, which makes it safe to stay in for most solo travelers. The room and bathroom (and overall house) was exceptionally clean and pleasantly scented. Hosts were very helpful and kind, and also good with communication. Both hosts also offer uber services, so that’s a plus for needing transportation to the station or the mall (if you didn’t come with a vehicle). Overall experience 10/10 and I would definitely love to rebook/come back one day.

Great hotel, very clean and nice. My only negative comment was we needed a baggage cart and the staff would not allow us to use one and insisted we use a bell hop. We didn't want help, just wanted to load our own luggage onto a cart and bring it down to the car. They had easily 15 luggage carts unused yet would not allow us to use one. I found this to be ridiculous. We also asked for extra towels and a blanket and had to call twice to get it. Otherwise, everything was great, beautiful hotel and very nice.
