The furniture was in bad shape as well as the rugs and stairways. The breakfast was first class. The housecleaners where doing the best they could with what they had.

The hotel was good. The only complaint is how filthy the vents for the air conditioner was. Food, dust, hair, crust. Literally so gross I left a note to clean the vents. Otherwise good hotel. Nice free breakfast and pool

I stayed here the previous week with no issues, but when i checked in this time, they tried to make me pay a $100 security deposit, they said to secure the room because i paid through a third party. I didnt have this issue the week before and i booked on the app both times. The guy called someone on the phone who said..."shes stayed here before, she doesnt need to pay a deposit. " i was lucky, but someone else might not have been. Its like they're punishing u if u book and pay on the app. It really rubbed me wrong. I was very disappointed, i had previously given 5 star reviews, but not this time

Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful stay and good value for the money. Easy access into Abingdon. It would be nice if the hotel chain was able to offer more gluten free options.
