Your sofa and ottomans need new stuff. Milk the first day was warm and today we left was not good either. Breakfast was disappointing. Biscuits were microwaved. Hot tub and pool was nice.

Front desk and cleaning staff were great! Location is ideal for traveling through on 1-81. Now for the only negative: The person handling breakfast was not friendly and was abrupt. Everything was empty before 9. If you say breakfast is open until 9, I expect I can still get food at 8:50. She took all of the condiments at 9am on the dot and said breakfast was done. Especially disappointing on a holiday Monday when the room is full of people.

There was a strong smell of damp and chemical in the main floor rooms and the management said all rooms have the same smell. Staff were friendly and room was clean but smell was odor was bad.

Nice hotel! My husband and I spent one now because I had a meeting in Abingdon the next day. Even though there were lots of vehicles in the parking lot (alot of work-type pickups), the hotel was very quiet. We never heard a peep. The beds were comfy....the bathroom clean with ample towels, shampoo, etc. Check-in was easy and the staff very friendly. Nice breakfast that included hot food. We will definitely stay here again.
