We love this property. Very affordable and clean. Wish there was other outdoor seating besides Gazebo because wood bees had taken over. We have stayed several times when we come to see family and will continue to do so.

No frills place to sleep

Arcadia Inn is clean and a good option for the price. There is nothing fancy about this hotel but not bad if you just need a place to sleep. There seemed to be a lot of people hanging out around the entrance and in the lobby who was related to one of the workers. They do have a decent selection of snacks you can purchase at the front desk.

Solid As Always

This is the best value budget motel in the region. I've stayed here many times and will again. Good prices, cleaner than usual rooms, and friendly high-performing staff (especially Holly at the front desk!) And I haven't even taken advantage of the pool yet, which many guests seem to like. Tip: I would recommend if you can swing the extra 5 or 6 bucks to get a King Premium room. More space, quieter neighbors and less wear and tear than the lowest-end rooms, which are still usually fine though.

This was not a pleasant stay. While the front desk person was very nice, the room was just gross. I have pictures and video I’d be happy to provide. This should actually warrant a refund. Dirty bedding, major build up of dust/mold, etc.

Awesome for the price!

The hotel staff definitely made the stay a great experience. They were very welcoming and it was a fast and easy check in. The hotel was clean and smelled nice(not like cheap cleaner). The room was decent for the price, it was big, and comfortable. The room was clean and well maintained besides the dining table. Other than that hiccup, which the staff handled. It was a great stay for one night. We would definitely stay again.

The only complaint that I had was the first day we left the room and come back that night. The room was not clean. When I asked the front desk why they said because I didn’t ask for it to be clean. Every motel I stay in, which is usually daily they automatically clean your room. The next day the room was clean

Disgusted

Didn't stay. We walked in and were disappointed by the condition of the room and did not feel safe in the location. Therefore we checkout and went to the Motel 6 down the road and had a great experience.
