Hotel is not clean and all is old fashion in the room's 﫪 I was disappointed. Bedroom curtains fabric and filthy rug bathtub dirty and dirty I was surprised because the outside, inside type of elegance dinner area the bulding but then a huge curtain dividing walk on checkout area with restaurant 😳 I think people go there because of price rental are lower. But I’m more like clean is important Refiidge is old fashion Tiny halfway cold no microwave need yo walk all way to the front hotel at check in and it’s a little one there no complementary water nor coffee. The as meet the At least the pool was nice …. And walk ways to cars parking lot Could not cancel I will plan to go back if they renovate.❓

When checking in my parents paid the deposit and asked if there was an additional charge for the dogs. The front desk who helped my parents said no. The room they were assigned the restroom was dirty and had pills on the floor and only caught it since my dog got one from the floor. We let the front know. After checking out they called and said sorry we forgot to charge for the dogs… how is it my fault you messed up after checking out…. And stated they would give the deposit back to compensate for the dirty room. That is given back as long as we leave the room clean and without having any damage. So that was an insult that they did. Also the front desk and the manager do not have great communication and way to help the people who stay there. Very disappointing as I recommended Wyndham to my parents and they failed me…. If you’re taking your pets with you, check the room first so you don’t have to deal with the experience we had.

The staffs were very friendly & helpful. Affordable and good for the price. The A/C took forever to cool down the room though.
