Room is OK but old (style). Building facility is old and smelly. Breakfast (cold) uses somewhere like from Costco. Toilet seat cannot be lifted, the flush is broken, bathroom vent is not working (foggy during/after the shower). No worth the price. Welcome to have an experience yourself.

Very disappointed that neither pool advertised was functional. That was a main reason for booking. Wife using the pool while husband golfed. 😡😡

Ok, so this is a bit of strange review. The hotel was nice, so were the staff …. BUT, while staying there, my daughter went to bathroom and grabbed a towel to dry off her face. The towel was neatly folded with 4 or 5 others, but when she lifted it and took a look, it had brown stains on it. No joke, she thought they might be chocolate and called my wife over … they were NOT chocolate. There were other cleanliness issues as well, though minor in comparison to feces on your towel. When I reached out, everyone was very apologetic, but literally no compensation or action taken. As I prefer feces-less towels, will be avoiding IHG run facilities in future.

We stay here when visiting Morgantown. The staff is wonderful!

We booked a room with double queen in advanced and received a room with 1 king bed and was offered sheets and blankets for the floor - I refused to put my kids on the floor so they moved us to a room with a king bed

blanket wasn’t clean, seems it was reused from previous guests. breakfast has variety choices, coffee was watery.
