The staff was nice. The parking was sufficient. We needed to use the washing machine but it was out of order. I forgot my toothbrush and thought they might have some for guests but they didn’t.

Overall it was okay. I would go back just for the location to the boat ramp. No breakfast, bar had no A/C while we where there.

Refrigerator didn’t work and the microwave handle was broken. Stained sheets and a mattress that needed replacing a long time ago. No air circulating in the hallways and the elevator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months! Would not recommend!!

Convenience to hospital, customer service was good

This place was great. It exactly met our needs. There is a great gym, a really nice heated indoor pool and a cute little park. We stayed in one of the townhouses. It was clean and had everything we needed to make meals. We will definitely come back next time we visit WV

Our stay was “fine” - is the best I can describe it. The property is a little worn, and slightly dated, not the cleanest place I’ve ever seen but all in all everything was satisfactory. The coffee bar was great, the fitness center was useful (and quite roomy actually) and the location was good as well. It was just missing some touches. For example - there is a credenza for towels in the fitness center and there were none….little things like that. There was also a minor any problem in our room but we took care it. The staff was really nice and accommodating to our 11 year old corgi. All in all it was “fine” and if we ever ended up in the same place on a trip we’d probably stay again as it was affordable and pet friendly.

Cleanliness, friendliness, parking, breakfast, location

Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and lovely to speak with. The staff made it so if we ever go back to that town, we will stay at the same hotel. Everyone from the front counter staff, the woman stocking the breakfast buffet, and the maintenance and janitorial crew were amazing.
