The room was decent and relatively clean at first glance. However, when we woke up in the morning, we noticed humidity on the walls, broken fixtures, and some dirt in different areas. The overall condition of the room was not the best, and it could definitely use some maintenance and deep cleaning. While it wasn’t a terrible stay, I expected better upkeep for the price.

Wallpaper in hallway was badly damaged and peeling, moldy tub in bathroom. Rusty door frames. Breakfast was depleated even after many trips back to check. Dust bunnies in corners on the carpet.

In expensive but ok

It was an ok stay. Started off rough they tried to pre authorize our card before we even got there. Since it wasn’t the card we use because of people hacking our cards they were going to cancel our reservation luckily I spoke with Shelia who helped us and explained it was a policy one that I have never experienced using hotels.com before.

The staff was helpful and kind. The hotel was run down, dirty and overall disappointing. Rusty broken items in the main spaces as well as the room. Ripped wallpaper, dark and old guest rooms. Our restroom light was glued in the on position. For the price, the room didn't like properties in the area.
