Rooms weren’t awful. There was landscaping happening when I was checked in and it blew a bunch of dirt in the room that I could feel when I walked around. Good for a quick stay but more than likely wouldn’t recommend for a long stay.

Carpet dirty, I didn’t like that the rooms had an extra door to lead into the room on the other side. People wasting cereal in the hall near the stairs, gym was small and janky. The room was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. A couple of things needed attention like the veneer on bathroom door was peeling from water damage and the material on the rolling chair was coming off but all in all I would stay here again.

Nice entrance,very nice front desk staff,even cared to ask wht brought us to knoxville,made us feel welcomed. The room is BIG which is really nice and the bathroom is so spacious and clean! And the showers are nice!
