Loved the hotel. It was a quiet and peaceful getaway. The hotel staff was friendly and resourceful. They were able to answer all of our questions and guide us in the right direction. The shuttle was an added bonus and drove us around town. The room was clean and quiet. Loved the experience, would definitely go back!

Have stayed here several times now - a great facility with really friendly & efficient staff. Easy walk to town (though free shuttle also available!) Condos are well equipped and nice condition with ski lockers & fitness centre available too. Only downside is electric heating combined with mountain air makes it very dry - even with humidifier on. Not a problem for most of our party but I found it stuffy. Small criticism & would not hesitate to stay their again soon!

We arrived for our 6 night trip excited to spend time together as a family of 6 to our 2 bedroom unit. On arrival we felt the unit was a little small and felt dirty. The kitchen however was beautiful for a small unit and meet all our needs. Inside our unit we came across a few housekeeping and maintenace issues that the hotel resolved for us in a professional and timely manner. The hotel management took our comments seriously and took care of our needs. Things they could not fix but should be addressed is the furniture in the unit was very beat up. The dresser drawers in the queen room were broken and would not close smoothly. The coffee table had nicks and scuff marks all on it and looked like something from a thrift store. The view from the unit was beautiful and entertaining as we could see the lifts operate and skiers coming down from the mountain. The property shares amenities with one ski hill which is a short gondola ride away which meet our needs and expectations better then crystal peak's amenities did. We didn't mind saving money and staying at crystal peak and being able to use those amenities still. Overall crystal peak is a great property and a better location on peak 7 for for experienced skiers. I prefer peak 7 for the smaller base crowds, more advanced skiing (blue runs only) over any other peak in breckenridge. I do believe the hotel needs to step up their housekeeping and maintenance and the property will be more pleasing to "picky" people like me.

This place was great and had some great people working there. Everyone was very friendly and extremely help full. The only thing I would say is that it shows its age, but that also makes it a bit charming at the same time. The location cannot be any better - it sits right at the bottom of Peak 9 and right across the street from Main St, which is perfect because you can go skiing and then right away go across the street to any of the amazing restaurants, shops, or cafes.

OMG! Pretty much a full kitchen. pots/pans/bowls/silverware/dishwasher....nice option allows you to bring food in before you get to VERY expensive Breckenridge. They offer free breakfast which satisfied us. Good size TV that included Netflix. They give you a phone number for the shuttle, so when you are coming off the slopes you can call ahead a few minutes and have the shuttle meet you to cut down on wait time. I think the longest we waited was 10 minutes. I booked for 4 nights and decided on the third day to leave early because we had a 1100 mile drive home. No problem I was told. Didn't get charged for the last day. To say the staff was very helpful is an understatement. If you get off the gondola at the top and realize you left your ski gloves on the shuttle, just wait for Brian to call you.. He must have had my number on his phone from when I had called previously. He asked if I had my gloves. I said no. He then drove all the way up to the peak 8 base, parked and walked a couple hundred feet to return them to me. They don't usually go there. WOW!
