The pool area needs upgrades. Hotel needs to find a mechanism when the winds are a little strong there is shade provided that can withstand winds without having to shut off umbrellas/shade all together. Stayed for 9 days and every day the umbrellas were closed. Too hot to stay this way by the pool

We loved our stay. It was clean, simple, beautiful, quiet, and just what we needed. Everyone was so kind and helpful! Yay! We definitely recommend! ❤️

It is always a pleasure to stay at hotel Regina. This is my fourth time staying at the property and will always come back to this hotel every time I am in Madrid. The location cannot be beat. It is century located and walkabout to most sites. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Habitación muy conveniente cerca al aeropuerto, y a la estación de metro de San Lorenzo, con restaurantes cerca y buena relación calidad/precio. Fácil self-check in. Se escucha ruido del pasillo.
