Bait & Switch Time Share Beware

Bait & Switch. Do NOT stay here. I paid for a deluxe balcony with a view and got placed on the first floor with a very minimal view of the lake. Balcony was right next to a very noisy air conditioner. That sounded like a 747 every time that it decided to kick on or off. Neither peaceful or quiet. Even worse was check-in. We we were asked to pay a $50 deposit to clean this condominium that is not serviced every day. This should've been disclosed at booking and not whenever I arrived. We were then asked to get a parking pass from the "concierge," who then proceeded to try to give us some spill about a timeshare presentation. Stated he was going to give us money to go to if we agreed to go and eat breakfast. He very quickly changed his tune whenever we told him we already had a timeshare. It's 8:00 pm, I've been working all day, just drove 4 hours and the last thing I want to do is listen to a high pressure sales pitch!about a timeshare that I haven't even seen. I complained about all of these issues to hotels.com they have said nothing even after promising that they would get back "urgently" about the issue. As for the hotel, will not return and I don't recommend that you do either The place itself is clean,well appointed, but the staff are not. The hotel desk clerk seemed equally smug about sending me to the "concierge for a parking pass."

Great Place & Pet Friendly!

We had a beautiful one bedroom apartment right by the water. For such a good price! We only stayed one night, but I can’t wait to book our next stay for longer! And they were wonderful to my service dog too! It was a little confusing at the beginning, as we did not know we had to go through a gate to get in, and weren’t sure what to tell the gate attendant, but when I told him we were checking in he let us through.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the property and the pool and hot tub were nice also. My only issue is that we requested a late check out and had housekeeping continue to try to come in our suite despite my sign on the door. We were not dressed so it was frustrating because they kept trying to enter. Other than that, I had no issues and would definitely recommend.

Not worth the money

Resort with NO access to the water at all. Clean rooms but nothing fun to do other than the pool. Do not stay on the first floor, NOT a pretty view nor lake view. Nothing to see. You sign a paper that says NO pets , yet lots of people with pets. Not service dogs. Also make sure you get the gate code to access the resort. I would give it a 6/10 due to expensive for nothing.

Great place to stay

The condo was clean except for 2 spiders that we killed. The outside around the front door needed sweeping and bug removal. Overall super nice roomy place to stay. Furnished with all the amenities. Nice fitness room. Did not do any of the activities or use the pools. We loved the view of Table Rock Lake and the large screened in porch.
