Don’t waste your money

The complimentary breakfast is a joke. After standing there for 5 min the waitress came up to us & took our ticket. The front desk didn’t write the number of people in our room so she wouldn’t take it. How is that my problem?! & it was an HOUR wait! We left, there were plenty of empty tables. The front desk staff was rude & had no idea what was going on.

Great customer service from everyone that we ran into!!! We received daily breakfast with our stay, it is not a Buffett but a sit down in the Tavern Grill. The pool, huge and indoors! Loved this place.

We were put in the bottom floor where all the pets were kept right beside the pool. We did not have a pet. The hall was hot and smelled of chlorine. There was a dead smashed spider stuck to curtain. Room was extremely old. Bathroom had no exhaust fan. Was charged a $100 hold for room which was not stated until we got there. Now have to wait for refund. Disappointed with breakfast. You had a choice of 3 items which consisted of cold eggs, tough pancakes that tasted like they were microwaved and flavorless biscuit and gravy. Will definitely not stay there again. Compared to the other Best Western in Branson this was a very disappointing place to stay.

My family and I were extremely pleased with this hotel. Very clean, roomy, nice pool area, awesome game room, good breakfast and the rooms have their own balcony which is cool! Also it’s right by food trucks and right next to silver dollar city! Not to mention all the staff was super kind and friendly! Would definitely stay again❤️

Staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions of places in the area to go. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We are planning on staying here again when we are in Branson.

This hotel is out of date. Hallway carpet look like the original. Room has cobwebs in all the corners. Bath tubs had standing water in it. I had the front desk lady come down, so i could show her proof. Trim around the sliding door is coming off the wall.

Some reviews say it’s “outdated,” but it just has character! It’s like a 1970s style inn with a courtyard and whole pool structure that’s connected but separate from the hotel. It’s a meticulously clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Walking distance to Silver Dollar City.

Completely comfortable. I did not like the fact that I was told I needed a security deposit after I checked in. The family next to my room was not told about the age requirement of the swimming pool. They were upset their 12-year-old son could not use the pool. Hotel policies should be disclosed before someone checks in. Thank you
