Even though the property is obviously not brand new, everything was clean and in working order. We were very pleased with the condo layout and it worked well for my family with three young children. Our kids loved the kiddie pool, I just wish the play structure was better maintained as it had a pipe with a large crack in it that was visible from the road. Didn’t give a good first impression.
