Spend the extra money and stay across the street.

I was told at check in that there was a “minor” plumbing issue. The bath faucet was on full force flooding into the bathtub and no possible way of showering. I immediately requested an alternative room but they were fully booked and said they shouldn’t have even booked that room for the night (it was a last minute reservation).

The bed was comfortable, but that's all i can was good. The room was musty smelling and the flooring was uneven and seemed warped. There appeared to be mold on the AC unit and around the bathtub faucet. Overall cleanliness could've been better as there was hair all over the pillows and bathroom. Definitely will not be staying here again.

room was great. outside not so much motel is wedged behind a mecican restaurant with giant dumpsters right outside our room. stunk to high heaven. and they emptied them at 6am. very loud.

The room it's self was bare. Nothing on walls . The protective cover on the mattress was torn there appeared to be dog hair on the sheets stains in the tub bathroom door stuck made loud noise once you pulled it open . The door to the outside of building looked as if it had been kicked in the frame was broken and you can see the outside through the gap in the door. The poor kid running the desk was nice but rushed through everything and the on site manager / owner I'm assuming was the most unfriendly woman were have ever met.

Rooms are gross. Bedding was dirty, floor was sticky, shower don’t work. The neighbors dog barked non stop for two days.

Out of date plumbing and heating systems

Older property with cosmetic updates. Unfortunately the age shows through: bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, shower went from very hot to ice cold on its own, neighbors AC was so loud it was distracting. The people in that room demanded to be moved then they re-rented it and they complained but stayed because by then they didn’t need the AC.

Our rooms bathroom light did not work, bugs were dead on the walls unwiped, only one chair in room, no sofa, coffee maker, etc. Ac and refrigerator were extremely loud. I’m surprised Wyndhams name is on the property, it does not represent their typical standard. Zolo at front desk did a great job and his morning relief, was friendly and helpful.

When I went to check in, the receptionist asked when I booked the room. I told him last week and ask why?. He asked if I picked the room we got during booking. I said yes and asked why?. He said the room we picked was “troublesome”. I asked how so?. He said the door doesn’t work. I asked if they had any other rooms. He said they were fully booked. I told him I’d just go somewhere else. He said he can put us in room 22 since the guest who got that room hadn’t arrived yet. Sketch. The pool was okay. There was a giant dried booger stuck to the curtains. Our feet turned black from walking barefoot on the floor of our room. The sheets had hair all over (thankfully we brought our own blankets and pillows). The ice machine didn’t work. The hallways smell like cigarette smoke. We only stayed one night, and we were there MAYBE 12 hours, so it sufficed but I won’t ever go back.
