No pull out couch in our room

Unfortunately the description of the room didn’t match the room we were given. No pull out bed in the deluxe room we got, so they brought a blow up On a frame as a “roll away” and tried to charge us for the roll away. And the sheets didn’t even fit right on the blow up.

Wonderful place to stay - very welcoming and helpful staff. Clean quiet rooms and sumptuous lobby. The wraparound porch brought people together and made for a conviviality rare in contemporary hotels of any grade. Take advantage to the plaza dedicated to Sacagawea across the street, and the Missouri headwaters state park a couple of miles away.

Older property but with lots of character complete with large veranda. Reminded me of a large plantation property of the past. Friendly staff and even offered us champagne and towel at check in! 30 minutes outside of Bozeman, but a better all round deal.

We booked the night before so are pleased with our room. Beautiful grounds so we sat on the front porch, had a drink on the deck off the bar so who needs a sitting room. Our dinner was delicious. We will be making the bread dips as Winston as we figure out the recipes. My beet salad is better but theirs is excellent. We had the best, bar none, waitstaff. Loved the live music on the porch. We will be back

Friendly staff ! Beautiful historic hotel. They went out of their way to accommodate us . We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful porch and the friendly bar downstairs. The cottages were well appointed and comfortable, we loved the little deck for coffee in the morning!

We liked the charm and the time on porch. Breakfast was good but we wished easier to sit and eat. Wished i would have reserved 1st floor non issue with climb up but was not aware of no elevator.

This is a beautiful historic property, the large front porch is adorned with flowering hanging baskets, comfortable seating and overall just beautiful. The staff were lovely and attentive. We borrowed the hotel bikes, (could use some new ones my husband figured they were made the same year as the hotel, 1910 😂), and used the town’s extensive paved trails to go and enjoy the river. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Our only complaint and reason we would not return is the A/C window units (in all rooms reception explained) are extremely loud. So loud that they provide you with ear plugs on the night stand. A small investment into new A/C window units would go a long way!!
