Floor was dirty in bathroom and entry tiles not supposed to have black specks. Room was ok. Area was convenient near Costco and Outback Steakhouse. Room smelled of bleach. Very strongly of bleach. So much so my daughter thought there was a pool. Bed nearest door faintly had a nasty smell though the bleach unsure what it was. I couldn’t sleep. However I do have allergies and room set them off. Although kitchenette no dishes / pots and pans.

Toilet was not functional, front desk acknowledged but no resolution. Has to use the bathroom in lobby early in the morning since we had to check out early. Room has a kitchen stove to cook, but no pots and pans. Laughable. They expect the guests to bring pans in the luggage. When we asked for it, front desk had no logical explanation

Always a pleasure staying this facility great location, comfortable quiet, friendly staff very accommodating would highly recommend this place to anybody only one issue I have. Was the air freshener spray in the room smell like grandma‘s pottery floral scented which fumigated all of my clothes would highly recommend getting something Else as an air freshener I had a migraine within 45 minutes of being in the room after check-in, just a heads up to those who have sensitivity to smells, and as a male the last thing I wanna do is smell like Ol’la lady la douche.

The day shift front desk associate was courteous, friendly, and very, very, professional. I can not say the same for the evening desk associate. I had trouble logging on to the internet, I walked to the front desk, waited my turn, and he was no help, and abrupt.
