The hotel was exceptionally well kept and clean. Our room was spacious and very clean with a very comfortable bed. We absolutely loved the hot tub too. Night desk clerk Rayne was a sparkly gem and provided excellent customer service.

During my stay, I was disappointed with the service at the front desk. The staff member was on the phone the entire time and paid little to no attention to me. She did not address my concern nor make any effort to help. Despite being at the front desk, I had to book my room myself through Hotels.com, which felt frustrating and unnecessary. I want to be clear that I am not writing this to speak badly of the hotel, but rather to provide constructive feedback. With more attentiveness and customer focus, the staff member can improve greatly in her role.

The property is clean. The staff is very friendly and engaging. The breakfast included hard boiled eggs, yogurt, apples and oranges which were much appreciated for my husband who has celiac disease.
