Bowling Green Vacation Packages

The staff was amazing like always and it made me happy to know they remembered my face. However I was disappointed with how dirty the room was this stay. The floors, bathroom, or sink wasn’t clean and I had two children with me. Other than that I was pleased as always

Terrific location; enormous, comfortable rooms (especially the “roomy” suites). The suites are great for socializing. Beautiful rooms and very well appointed, decorated, and updated. The staff was excellent. The only downside is that it’s an old property that seems to have mold/mildew issues (you can smell it and even see it on the window frames).

We had a delightful 12 night stay here as we explored Richmond and Virginia at large. Happy, helpful staff, nice in-hotel dining option, and a quiet, comfortable, expansive room. Location is steps away from food, shopping, the canal walk, dining options, museums, and other tourist attractions. Easy access to highways and the airport too. Great price as well. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed in this stays inn I understand with a discounted price. I didn’t expect the Hilton however this room was terrible. In error, I scheduled a smoking room upon arrival I asked for a non-smoking room and I was told you ordered it with a smoking room. Nothing I can do and he laughed. I explained that it was an error. He didn’t seem to care As a senior citizen, female, traveling alone, I would’ve expected a little more courtesy I accepted the room slept with the smell of smoke cigarette, Burns on the bedspread and in various places throughout the room I couldn’t wait to get out of there in the morning, so disappointed in this Wyndham location

It was ok trip. Clean helpful.
