Stay able but very short of expectations

The staff was fine , but pool being closed and advertised as open really put a damper on things , also the rooms are just quite out dated , feels straight out the early 2000 and smells like it too

It was almost impossible to check in, I thought the guy was going to cal the police on me because I had an active laid flr reservation and he said it was cancelled but doesn’t knkw why or by who. Regardless took 3 hours until 2:15am to check in

Well, I booked your Hotels.com and when I arrived at the hotel, they said they didn’t have a reservation for me but online it said that it was active and I could do my receipt and everything and I literally had to wait three hours to finally get it figured out to where I can Get what I paid for and the guy was really nice and super helpful buddy. He promised me a refund for my entire stay and I called today and they told me that in the note he said that he has to get permission from his manager and was never told so I feel like that’s kind of a messed up thing to do or say
