Several issues with room, all communicated to staff, zero resolution... deadlock did not work (major safety hazard); shower rod almost coming off of wall, shower curtain only supported at middle, so water literally streamed out of stall onto bathroom floor; exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. Staff was unpleasant, woman at the front desk could care less while checking in, didn't tell me room number or instructions on even how to get to room. And swimming pool far too small for a hotel of this size. Overall, very underwhelming.

No action taken after Text message from Front Desk

Everything was good. Except we needed more toilet paper and towels. Texted the person who had reached out about checkin received a response and said everything would be taken care of. It never was. I finally went down at 10 pm when we returned to get everything. Other than that…the cook at the resturant was not the friendliest, and was bothered I asked for an omelet to be made. He may have been short staffed, but was not kind.

For starters our mini fridge had food left in it from the previous person who stayed which leads me to think what else was skipped cleaning the room before we arrived. The rooms were not refreshed in between days and lobby and pool was a zoo with crazy college kids who were wild and disruptive heard commotion well after listed quiet time! When asked service was fast and polite breakfast and staff we talked to were nice.
