The staff here was phenomenal and the service was outstanding. The only fuss I have about this place was that our shower was quite moldy in the creases.

Booked this place online for 2 nights and regretted booking it as soon as we walked in. We are nonsmokers and asked to be closer to the office but front desk gave us the room outside the building. Room was dingy and smelly. Did not like the place but had no option since we prepaid for it. Breakfast items were limited to bananas, milk & cereal, yogurt, pan cakes & toast. There was no hot breakfast. A guest said Quality Inn across the street would be a much better choice for us. We will avoid booking this place in the future at all costs.

Lots of dining options but there isn’t really a sidewalk to walk across the freeway to the other side (for Texas Roadhouse!) but I did it fine.

Both of the rooms I got for one night had to have the linens changed, they were dirty and clearly had not been changed from the last people that stayed in them. There were loud motorcycles running back in forth in front of our room all night keeping everyone awake. Did not feel safe of comfortable at all.

Room was fine, newer furniture and fixtures, comfortable beds. A few light stains on sheets, nothing to worry about. A few of our towels had stains on them, and I went to ask the desk for another set and they said they didn’t have any available. Apparently quite a few people were asking for more towels and the hotel didn’t have any extras. They had to take the old ones and wash them. Took a day and a half to get a fresh set. I get it was a busy weekend (LS Fest) but the hotel is too cheap to have spare sets of towels available. Same with toilet paper, we had a half roll when we arrived, but there was no extra in the room when it ran out, so had to go down to ask for more. Breakfast options were minimal. No ice machine for guests, you have to use the ice bin in the “kitchen” which wasn’t always full. They were definitely getting by the cheapest they could, which was obvious.
