Really nice place. Very close to the Corvette museum and factory. Also close to Beach bend raceway. The staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms and property were clean and comfortable. The only negative was the vending machine was empty. But otherwise a clean, comfortable and convenient stay.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was very helpful and courteous. Bathroom was a little small but not a very big deal. Breakfast was what you would expect with a continental breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

It was fine. Everything was clean and in decent condition, but the room definitely smelled like pee. There were also some sketchy characters around after dark, but luckily they mostly ignored me.

Checked in to the hotel on 9/4 and inspected my room. Left the hotel for the afternoon and evening to return later that night. The next morning around 6:30am when I woke up there was a bed bug on the wall. Thankfully I did not have any bites. I informed the front desk immediately and they assigned me a different room. I had to leave for work that morning so I never took my belongings to the second room. Around 2:30pm that day I returned to the hotel and asked to cancel my reservation and requested a refund. I told the attendant (Jennifer) I was not comfortable staying at this hotel and had already secured another place to stay. She would not refund me or cancel the reservation. I was instructed to return to the hotel the following day 9/6) and speak to the GM (Victor) about a refund. Victor was not present the following day. Jennifer called me around 1:30pm on 9/6 and told me I would be getting a partial refund, accused me of staying in the room with the bedbugs and not reporting it immediately. She would not let me speak on the phone and hung up on me. I called Best Westerns corporate customer service line and opened a complaint ticket. Thankfully corporate was able to process the refund for me. I will Never stay at this hotel again. Travelers be warned.

Room was clean but key card didn’t work. Had to go back to desk and they beat on key card on door. Worked after that. Breakfast is near nothing and they don’t refill it so if it runs out then it’s done.

Nice area in Bowling Green. Clean and safe area. Continental breakfast had a nice protein, food choices, close to stores, and other attractions. we always check the room before paying for it.

Very nice for the price. It is close to several attractions (Corvette museum and raceway) and restaurants. The breakfast is pretty sad, bite size muffins, bread and cereal.

It was okay but they have a strict no smoking policy which fellow room neighbors did not follow (smoking right outside their door and mine). Was afraid the smell of marijuana would stay clung to the furniture in my room and i would get blmaed.

Scratchy, thin sheets

The hotel itself was ok, but the sheets were terrible. They had some holes in them and a few little stains. They were see-through and very scratchy. Unfortunately, that made me rate the comfort and cleanliness much lower than if we would’ve had good/decent sheets.
